Generic Chicken Curry

Bear's Anecdote - Hmmm. Haven't got one for this dish. I don't even know where we got the recipe. Good stuff, though.

• 1 chicken
• 2 Tbsp oil
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1 Onion, Minced
• salt, pepper
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 3/4 to 1 cup milk
• 1 8oz carton sour cream
• 2 tbsp curry powder

1. Boil chicken in water until tender.
2. Discard skin and bones.
3. Dice chicken meat.
4. Fry onions until tender in oil and butter.
5. Add milk, curry and chicken and let simmer until hot (DO NOT BOIL!)
6. Warm sour cream in another pan.
7. Add sour cream to chicken
