Helen Bauer's Green Stuff

Bear's Anecdote - Years ago, Bear's mother sent Jodie and Bear a box of recipes. Here is one from the box. I honestly do not know whether to list this under salads, desserts or sides. Who cares? It's good.

• 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
• 12 oz. non-dairy whipped topping
• 1 pkg. pistachio royal instant pudding mix
• 2 c. miniature marshmellows

1. Put pineapple, juice and whipped topping in a bowl and mix.
2. Add pudding mix, and mix thoroughly.
3. Add marshmellows and mix thoroughly.
4. Refrigerate 12 hours.
