Farm Journal's Creamy Frozen Salad

• 2 c. sour cream.
• 2 tblsp. lemon juice.
• 3/4 c. sugar.
• 1/8 tsp. salt.
• 1 (8-1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained.
• 1/4 c. sliced maraschino cherries.
• 1/4 c. chopped pecans.
• 1 medium banana, sliced.

1. Blend together sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt in a bowl.
2. Stir in pineapple, maraschino cherries, pecans and banana.
3. Pour into 1-qt mold or paper-lined muffin pan.
4. Cover and freeze.
5. Let thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.

Makes 8 servings.
