Cole Slaw

• 16 oz pre-shredded cabbage
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 cub cider vinegar
• 3 Tbl vegetable oil (or light olive oil)
• 1 Tbl Splenda
• 1/2 tsp celery seed
• 1/2 tsp dry mustard

1. mix cabbage and onion together
2. mix the rest of the items in a separate bowl
3. pour over cabbage
4. toss to coat
5. chill
